MOPS or Mother's of Preschooler's is a mother's group and a children's playgroup all rolled into one. A MOPS group is designed so women can come just as they are to build friendships, be encouraged and gain practical parenting strategies while their kids (MOPPETS) are looked after in a separate area.

At MOPS every mum is welcomed, accepted and challenged to reach her potential and recognise her influence with her family and her world. MOPS runs for about 2 hrs.
